Welcome to this week’s edition of Spiritual Growth Monthly. I’m Matthew Clarkson.  It’s great to have you with us here at SGM. This month, we're exploring PART 2 of "Foundational Qigong" -- a simple, powerful practice I've been developing over the last 20 years to release blockages, boost vital energy, and align with Source Energy! 🙂

In Weekly Message 1 we covered how to prepare yourself and release stagnant energy... so that you can receive more positive energy from the Universe. Today we will continue with the practice session (Weekly Message 2).

After doing Active Qigong, it is important to practice standing meditation to store the energy gathered in your lower Dantien. If you're new to this practice, then be sure you are comfortable doing Level 1 for 5 minutes. When you're ready for some additional growth/challenge, then proceed to Level 2 (above) for 7-8 minutes. ALTERNATIVE: Do Level 1 for 7-8 minutes.

In Weekly Message 3, we will talk more about how to practice correctly and get the maximum benefits. In Weekly Message 4, we'll get into more practice Q&A.

In my experience, Foundational Qigong is phenomenal for health and vitality.... for healing any kind of mental-emotional imbalance or dis-ease.... and for aligning with Source Energy to be your "best you" consistently. I hope you enjoy it! 🙂
