Hello,
I just started doing the Energy Core Meditation recently
and I have two questions. What if I miss to do the
meditation for a day? Why does Energy Core Meditation
work better if combined with QiGong meditation practice?
Thank you very much.
Hi Lorena,
So glad to hear that you’re getting started with Core Energy Meditation.
Responding to your questions:
1. Yes, you’ll get the most benefit from meditating every day. This will make a meditative Core Energy State a part of your baseline experience and make it much easier to return to that state and go deeper and deeper into it. Daily meditation practice also helps process and release any tensions that have built up since the last time you meditated, so they don’t accumulate in your body.
If you miss a day, it’s O.K. Just begin again the next day.
2. Core Energy Meditation is actually a fairly advanced energy meditation technique whose basis is in Qigong. Many people find that practicing the Qigong meditation forms helps train skills and patterns that help them do Core Energy Meditation even better. My Learn Qigong Meditation program is designed as a step-by-step sequence that leads you into these energy meditation skills from the beginning.
Personally, I use the Qigong meditation sequences as a lead-in to my Core Energy Meditation form each morning.
I welcome any other questions or comments you have.
I’d also love to hear about your experiences with CEM and Qigong.
Happy practicing!
Kevin
