He now directs “The Four Winds Society” where he trains individuals in shamanic energy medicine. Perlmutter is a board-certified neurologist and fellow of the American College of Nutrition. “Power Up Your Brain” is based on the premise that your body is the vehicle for your spiritual journey. To progress most effectively on your spiritual path, it’s important to support your body’s optimal function. I think you’ll find this a fascinating holistic approach.
