In September, we wrap up our Mind-Body Practice Series for 2009.
This month, we’ll explore Swami Saradananda’s book, “The Power of Breath.” Saradananda is a former editor of Yoga Life and director of Sivananda Yoga Centers in New York, London, and Delhi. Now based in London, she teaches meditation and yoga around the world. In her latest book, Saradananda explores the five aspects, energies, and functions of breathing to show us how to breathe better for harmony, health, happiness, and spiritual growth.
